The ARTSY Early Management of Trauma and Trauma Life Support Trainer is an advanced clinical skills simulation system designed for the Shalya Tantra Department of BAMS colleges. It enables students to develop practical competency in the initial assessment, stabilization, and life-saving management of trauma patients following internationally accepted trauma care principles. The trainer provides a realistic, safe, and repeatable learning environment where students can practice essential trauma life support skills before managing real patients.

Designed in accordance with Competency-Based Medical Education (CBME) and NCISM/MESAR guidelines, the simulator allows learners to perform systematic trauma assessment using the Primary Survey (ABCDE approach), basic airway management, cervical spine stabilization, hemorrhage control, fracture immobilization, shock management, and emergency patient transportation. It is an ideal teaching aid for surgical skill laboratories, emergency medicine training, hospital postings, faculty demonstrations, disaster management training, and OSCE/OSPE examinations.
